Ordering, paiement and delivery
How to order?
Orders only take place on our website.
You can navigate through menus and add selected products to your basket. When completing your order, you must either login or if new customer, create your account to enter contact information (name, delivery address,...). Then payment method and order validation will follow.
How long does preparation take?
Orders are processed when payment is confirmed: with a credit card processing online, confirmation is almost immediate. When paid by cheque, orders are processed upon payment reception.
How long does delivery take?
Small items are delivered via Colissimo. Delivery time is 2 days for France, 4-5 days for European countries.
What kind of payment are accepted by Punch Power?
- International credit card as guaranteed payment (Visa card, Mastercard)

- Bank cheque
How to pay by credit card?
Payment by credit card takes place live on our LCL bank security guaranteed server. Transaction is therefore completely guaranteed as neither Punch Power nor any user has access to your bank information.
When paying, key symbol or lock at the bottom of your internet browser tells you that you are securely connected.
How to pay by cheque?
When completing your order, if you choose to pay by cheque, you must send your payment payable to PUNCH POWER, with your order number to the following address:

For your security, we conduct careful controls on this method of payment. We therefore ask you to attach a photocopy of an identity form for any payment by cheque.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco are based on Colissimo tariff in effect and offered from 50 € purchase on website items. For deliveries outside Metropolitan France and for other items, delivery costs are automatically calculated when order is confirmed, based on weight and / or country of destination.
What happens when my parcel is delivery?
For items sent by Colissimo, a notice will be left in your mailbox. You then have a 15-day period to withdraw your parcel at your Post Office.
What should I do when I receive my parcel?
Upon receipt of your parcel, you must control with your postman or delivery man its general condition and the guarantee tapes. Do not forget to check that, among others:
- Your package does correspond to the one you ordered.
- If this is not the case, please refuse it and contact our Customer Services as soon as possible. We'll check everything and we promise to send you the right item in the following days.
- Your parcel is in good condition.
- If your package is crushed, opened or if packaging is defective, please note your reservations on the delivery note and sign it. You must give us the reasons for your reservations (crushed parcel, opened, defective packaging, etc., ...). Otherwise it will be difficult to give a positive answer to your complaint.
What if there are complaints about content?
Every shipment is controlled by a third person before sending. With thise strict control we can guarantee packages contents. However if you find an error, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Services (click link).
What is the deadline for withdrawal?
In accordance with Article L 121-20 of Consumer Code, you have a 7-day period on receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal. Before any request for exchange or refund, customers have to contact Customer Services to get a Return Form. Without this form, PUNCH POWER will be unable to receive the returned package.
How to return a product?
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must first contact our Customer Services to obtain a Return Form. The returning of the goods is only possible by registered parcel or carrier, with your purchase invoice. In all cases, sending back is at your own risks and expenses.
Only products in new complete condition will be accepted. Any opened, damaged product or with damaged original packagin, will not be replaced.
Can I ask for an exchange or refund?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can ask either to be reimbursed for the goods' value or to exchange them for an equivalent amount.
Moreover, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. For products delivered post paid, 7.10 € will be charged for delivery in Metropolitan France by La Poste (dietary products, accessories, ...), 12.40 € for deliveries by La Poste in other countries.
