To be taken after exercise- To ensure a smoth fast recovery of micro lesions of your muscles occured during training.
- Recommended to be consumed in the evening before going to bed.
- A mixture of fructose and sucrose to restore glycogen reserves, contains also vitamins and minerals (magnesium) to cover losses due to exercise and to support energy metabolism.
- Ingredients : maltodextrine (wheat), milk protein (soy lecithin), egg protein, fructose, banana powder.(6%), magnésium carbonate, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, flavouring, thickener : guar seed flour, honey, sweetener : aspartame (source of phenylalanine), vitamins C, B3, B2, B6, B1.
