To be taken during exercise

• These bars are rich in fast-acting carbohydrates, low in lipid contents and contain easily digestible proteins, making them efficient providers of energy, with little risk of digestive troubles during exercise.
• It is an ideal carboloader before or during long lasting competition and is recommended to complete your daily food consumption in order to maximise glycogen stores in muscles before exercise.
• Ingredients : bananas (28%), marzipan (sucrose, almonds, humectant : sorbitol syrup, invert sugar), papayas (24%), figs (9%), wafers (wheat flour, potato starch, vegetable oil), wheat germs, invert sugar syrup, banana fruit pulp, flavourings ; stabilizers : carob bean gum, pectin ; acidulant: citric acid, rice flour, vitamins C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, B9, B8, B12. May contains traces of hazelnuts and peanuts.
