PunchY drink - peach-apricot flavour (5.5 Lbs Basket)
To be taken during exercise- Composed of powerful mixture of maltodextrins and fructose. The combination of these two carbohydrates provides fast and continuous energy and optimises glycogen store in your muscles. The contents of fructose is carefully proportionned in order to prevent any risk of digestive disorders. Maltodextrin helps to digest this highly hypotonic drink easily even during long-lasting exercise. It is an ideal carboloader before competition and is recommended to complete your daily food consumption in order to maximise glycogen stores in the muscles before exercise. Moderately sweet, does not cause nausea.

- Dissolve 4 doses (40 g) per 500 ml of water
- Consume 4 to 8 doses per hour according to intensity of exercise
- We suggest you dilute more during extreme hot weather conditions
- To restore your glycogen balance we recommend you consume 1/2 to 1 litre of sports drink per day for 3 days before competition.
